Shipping policy

We do our best to provide the most cost effective shipping available to our customers. Free shipping for orders of $179 USD or more will be automatically applied at checkout. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages and items. FREE Shipping is shipped at our sole discretion and the carrier we choose. Usually this is basic ground shipping which can take 5 to 7 days to reach its destination once the carrier has received the shipment. Once a tracking number has been provided, it is at the sole discretion of the consumer to monitor the progress of the package(s) route. In the event a package is lost, stolen, or the consumer/buyer did not receive their package, a claim must be filed on behalf of the consumer through the carrier the package was shipped with. We do not offer refunds for lost, stolen, or damaged goods. Please refer to the Return and Refund policy for more information. We can provide express shipping at an additional cost. Keep in mind soap is heavy and it will be rather expensive to escalate.
