Shipping Policies Outlined
- Typically, orders ship within 24 hours, with same-day shipping for most cases, except for made-to-order soap loaves or busy holiday seasons.
- Wholesale private label deodorant ships in 2 to 3 days after order placement.
- Large wholesale deodorant orders of 50 or more ship within 3 to 5 days.
- Cool Kat Soap Co. refrains from shipping on holidays. Operating hours for Cool Kat Soap Co. are 9:30am to 4:30pm (PST) Monday thru Friday.
- Confirmation email will be sent once order has been placed. Tracking number will be sent via email once order has been processed.
- Cool Kat Soap Co. Is not liable for damaged or lost goods during shipping. We will only replace a lost or damaged package if a claim is filed and a refund is issued, no exceptions. Once a claim has been submitted and proof of refund has been issued by the carrier, we will replace the lost or damaged package. Please keep all packaging and goods as some carriers require proof of damaged goods.
- Please contact carrier to file a claim; save all packaging and damaged goods.
- Orders can only be shipped in the lower 48 states and Alaska.
- Cool Kat Soap Co. does not ship wholesale soap loaves, wholesale private label deodorant to P.O. Boxes. If you have a 3rd party P.O. Box usually found at a 3rd party shipping outlet we can ship there. Just provide the address of that location.
- Any delays due to high volume of orders or large orders will be communicated via email.
International Shipping
- We generally do not ship internationally. Products we sell are heavy and international shipping is not economical. If you wish to pay for the high costs of shipping overseas, taxes, duties, and customs, please reach out to us for a quote. These will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Return Policy
- We do not accept returns due to obvious reasons such as tampering and sanitary reasons.
- We do not refund shipping costs, no exceptions.
- If there is an issue with your products not associated with shipping and mishandling during shipping, please reach out to us. We will handle issues on a case-by-case basis. We do our best to fix any issues within reason.
- In the event a refund must be issued, there will be no refund of shipping costs. This applies to free shipping that is paid by Cool Kat Soap Co. or, shipping paid by the customer. No exceptions.
- Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. A handling fee for all shipping materials of $4.95 will be deducted from the refund along with the shipping cost paid by the customer or Cool Kat Soap Co. A receipt will be issued via email.
- We do everything we can to make sure your order is packed appropriately to avoid damages. We are not responsible for packages left out in inclement weather such hot weather, snow, rain, floods, or damages caused by the carrier during shipping.
- If your package has been lost, or damaged in any way, please file a claim with the carrier. We will see the claim ourselves. If we need to intervein to make sure you get your refund, we will do so.
